第1条　適用範囲

本規約は、GMSMap（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関して適用されます。本サービスを利用することで、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条　投稿データの権利帰属

投稿コメント・写真等のコンテンツ（以下「投稿データ」）の著作権は、投稿者本人に帰属します。ただし、投稿者は本サービスに対して、投稿データを本サービスの提供・改善・宣伝目的に限り、無償かつ非独占的に利用・複製・表示・配信する権利を許諾するものとします。

投稿者は、投稿データが第三者の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー権等）を侵害しないことを保証するものとします。

第3条　禁止事項

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 他者への誹謗中傷・差別的表現
• 虚偽情報・誤解を招く情報の投稿
• 個人のプライバシーを侵害する情報の掲載
• スパム・同一内容の大量投稿
• 商業広告・宣伝目的の投稿
• 法律・公序良俗に反する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為

第4条　投稿の削除

本サービスは、前条の禁止事項に該当すると判断した投稿、またはガイドラインに違反する投稿を、利用者への事前通告なしに削除できるものとします。また、一定数の通報が集まった投稿については自動的に非表示にする場合があります。

第5条　免責事項

本サービスは、利用者が投稿した情報の正確性・完全性・最新性について一切保証しません。投稿情報を利用して生じたいかなる損害についても、本サービスは責任を負いません。地図情報・スポット情報は現地の実態と異なる場合があります。

本サービスは、事前の通知なしにサービスの内容変更・停止・終了を行うことがあります。

第6条　スポンサーコンテンツおよびデータ活用

本サービスは、特定のスポット情報において（スポンサー）コンテンツとして優先表示される場合があります。該当コンテンツにはその旨が明示されます。

また、本サービスが収集する利用状況データ（Google Analytics等による匿名化された行動ログ）は、サービスの改善および分析に利用される場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

第7条　準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し解釈されます。本サービスに関する紛争には、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GMSMap ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 — Ownership of Posted Content

Copyright in any content you post to the Service (comments, photos, etc.; collectively "Posted Content") remains with you. By posting, you grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Posted Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that your Posted Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyrights, rights of publicity, or privacy rights.

Article 3 — Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Post false or misleading information
• Post content that invades another person's privacy
• Send spam or post duplicate content in bulk
• Use the Service for commercial advertising or promotion without authorization
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or public order
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

Article 4 — Removal of Posts

The Service may remove, without prior notice, any Posted Content that it determines violates Article 3 or other guidelines. Posts that receive a certain number of reports may be hidden automatically.

Article 5 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information posted by users. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on Posted Content. Map data and spot information may differ from actual conditions on the ground.

The Service may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Article 6 — Sponsored Content and Data Use

Certain spot information on the Service may be given priority display as sponsored content. Such content will be clearly labelled as such.

Usage data collected by the Service (anonymized behavioral logs via Google Analytics and similar tools) may be used to improve and analyze the Service. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court as the court of first instance.
