1. 取得する情報

本サービスは、以下の情報を取得します。

• Firebase 匿名 UID（サービス利用開始時に自動発行）
• X（Twitter）連携時：X ユーザー ID・表示名・プロフィール画像 URL
• Google 連携時：Google アカウント ID・表示名・プロフィール画像 URL
• 投稿テキスト・投稿写真（任意）
• Thanks 送信・受信の記録
• Cookie および localStorage（セッション管理・言語設定の保存に使用）

2. 位置情報の取扱

本サービスは、投稿スポットから 50m 以内であることの確認にのみ位置情報（GPS 座標）を使用します。取得した位置情報はサーバー上での距離確認処理後に即時破棄し、保存しません。

ユーザーが新規スポットを追加する際の GPS 座標は、スポットの公開情報（GeoPoint）として Firestore に保存されます。

3. 匿名認証について

すべての利用者は、サービス起動時に Firebase 匿名認証により自動的にサインインします。匿名認証では個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。X または Google アカウントとの連携はユーザーの任意です。

4. Cookie / localStorage の利用

本サービスは Cookie および localStorage を、セッション維持・言語設定・地図設定の保存に使用します。ブラウザの設定から無効化することができますが、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。本サービスは、ターゲティング広告目的での Cookie は使用しません。

5. 第三者への情報提供

本サービスは、以下のサービスと必要最小限のデータ連携を行います。

• Firebase（Google LLC）：認証・データベース・ホスティング・ストレージ
• Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics（GA4）（Google LLC）：利用状況とアクセスメディアの分析。例外的なクラッシュ情報の取得（ページ遷移・ボタン操作など）。※匿名化され、個人を特定できるデータは含まれません。
• Google Maps Platform：地図表示
• Google Cloud Translation API：言語コンテンツの自動翻訳

本サービスは、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に開示・提供しません。法令に基づく開示要請がある場合を除き、上記の目的以外にデータが外部へ流出することはありません。

6. データ保持期間

収集した個人データおよび投稿データは、本サービスの利用目的の達成に必要な期間、またはユーザーによるアカウント削除手続きが完了するまで保持されます。

加えて、本サービスでは以下の自動処理を行う場合があります。

• コメント等の投稿データ：作成から 180 日経過後、自動削除
• 長期間投稿のないユーザー：最終投稿から 365 日経過後、表示名・プロフィール画像 URL 等を匿名化（投稿データ本体は残存）

7. ユーザーの権利・アカウント削除

アカウントの削除はマイページから常時可能です。アカウント削除時、以下の処理が実行されます。

• ユーザーが所有する各データ（uid に紐づくドキュメント・メタ情報のクリーンアップ、プロフィール情報の完全削除）
• ユーザーが作成した投稿データ（スポット追加・コメント投稿など）の「匿名ユーザー」への自動置き換え（データ自体の整合性担保のため）
• 利用に付随するローカルデータのクリア

8. 準拠法・管轄

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し解釈されます。本サービスに関する紛争には、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Firebase Anonymous UID (automatically issued when you first use the Service)
• If you link your X (Twitter) account: X user ID, display name, and profile image URL
• If you link your Google account: Google account ID, display name, and profile image URL
• Post text and photos you submit (photos are optional)
• Records of Thanks sent and received
• Cookies and localStorage data (used for session management and language preference)

2. Location Information

We request access to your GPS coordinates solely to verify that you are within 50 meters of the spot you are commenting on. Location data is used only for this distance check and is discarded immediately after processing; it is never stored on our servers.

When you add a new spot, the GPS coordinates you provide are saved as public GeoPoint data attached to that spot record in Firestore.

3. Anonymous Authentication

All users are automatically signed in via Firebase Anonymous Authentication when they launch the Service. Anonymous authentication does not collect personally identifiable information. Linking an X or Google account is entirely optional and at your discretion.

4. Cookies and localStorage

We use cookies and localStorage to maintain your session, remember your language preference, and store map settings. You may disable these in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We share the minimum necessary data with the following services:

• Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, database, hosting, and storage
• Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics (GA4) (Google LLC): usage and access-media analysis; limited crash-related signals (page transitions, button interactions, etc.). Data is anonymized and does not include information that can identify you personally.
• Google Maps Platform: map rendering
• Google Cloud Translation API: automatic translation of language content

We do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Except where required by law, your data will not be shared externally for purposes other than those listed above.

6. Data Retention

Personal data and post data we collect are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Service, or until your account deletion process is complete.

In addition, the Service may perform the following automated processing:

• Post data such as comments: automatically deleted 180 days after creation
• Users with no recent posts: display name, profile image URL, and similar fields anonymized 365 days after the last post (post content itself remains)

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from My Page. When your account is deleted, the following will occur:

• Cleanup of data you own (documents and metadata linked to your uid, and complete removal of profile information)
• Post data you created (spot additions, comments, etc.) will be reassigned to an anonymous user label (to preserve data integrity)
• Clearing of local data associated with your use of the Service

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with this Policy or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court as the court of first instance.
